CBT’s Boards of Directors are energetic and dynamic groups of professionals actively volunteering to grow and develop the organization.

The Boards of Directors meets on a quarterly basis in their respective cities to discuss ideas for improvement, recruitment, fundraising, expansion, and other pertinent topics. We tailor the roles of each board member to fit the person’s interests and areas of expertise. For example, if you have a background in fundraising, you may spearhead planning a fundraiser for CBT. Other projects for board members in the past have been recruitment, event planning, education development, and financial management of their site.

Serving on CBT’s Boards of Directors is an excellent opportunity to play a role in the growth of a non-profit organization dedicated to improving communities and empowering young learners to be leaders in their communities.
