Mission and Vision

Mission: To build future community leaders through an innovative after-school program focused on positive character development and community-centered values.

Vision:
• Emphasize civic engagement through the involvement of young learners, high school and college students, and working professionals;
• Build and strengthen the diverse Chicago & Minneapolis communities by exposing young learners to the issues in their community;
• Become widely recognized in the Midwest as a service organization that actively contributes to developing a community-minded society and future community leaders
